This story continues with the birth of a son, Hasib Karimuddini, to a great teacher named Jonah. Jonah had given his wife documents with instructions regarding his inheritance. He anticipated his death due to a severe illness. After he passed away, his wife gave birth to their son, and she named him as per her husband’s wishes.
Astrologers predicted that Hasib would have a life filled with challenges and suffering but would ultimately gain extensive knowledge about the world and the hereafter. As Hasib grew up, his mother attempted to send him to school, but he struggled with learning to read and write. He couldn’t grasp these skills and failed to acquire any manual labor skills either.
With no other option, Hasib’s mother decided to marry him off to a girl from their neighborhood. However, even after getting married, Hasib continued to be unproductive and unable to contribute to their livelihood. The mother’s neighbors, who were accustomed to cutting and selling firewood, offered to let Hasib join them.
Hasib’s mother bought a donkey, a rope, and an axe for him. She trusted that her son would be in good company with her neighbors, and he joined them to work in the forest. They cut wood and sold it to provide for their families.
One day, while working in the forest, a sudden storm struck. Heavy rain and lightning filled the sky, and a strong wind scattered them in different directions. This event marks a significant turning point in Hasib’s life, and the story will continue to unfold from here.
