Dylan Sougstad, 17, Among Two Drivers Killed in Greater Cincinnati Crash

Dylan Sougstad Car Accident Turtlecreek Township, Ohio — Dylan Sougstad, a 17-year-old driver, has died following a devastating two-vehicle crash in the Greater Cincinnati area late Friday night, a tragedy that also claimed the life of another motorist.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the fatal collision occurred around 10 p.m. on Service Road 741 near milepost 6 in Turtlecreek Township, Ohio. Authorities say Sougstad was driving a 2019 Tesla Model 3 southbound when the vehicle crossed the center line and struck a northbound 2020 GMC Terrain.

Troopers said the impact forced both vehicles off the roadway in opposite directions. Emergency crews responded to the crash site, but both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene.

The second victim was identified as 53-year-old Chastity Smith, who had been driving the GMC Terrain at the time of the collision.

Investigators with the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Lebanon post are continuing to examine the circumstances surrounding the crash, including roadway conditions and other possible contributing factors. The incident remains under active investigation.
